Unknown flopy disk drive controller

Hallo allemaal,

I got it with a PET 2001 that included this Computhink board. There 
were also documents for a Computhink floppy drive controller but the 
pictures didn't look like this card. 

At that time I had no time to test things and the PET is gone to its 
owner. 

Does anybody recognise the controller?
