I'm trying to find the schematic to the 64DTV, but if it uses an ASIC, 
that part could be integrated on that ASIC and wouldn't help if you want 
to emulate TED with an FPGA.

Another interesting part would be to emulate TED in TTL... Like they did 
with the ZX Spectrum ULA in the Harlekin... Might need a lot of TTLs 
since TED can do a lot more than the ULA. :)
