Reliable GAL programmer

Hello!

I programmed my 22V10 to replace the MAX Machine PLA according to the
equations I discovered earlier. However, the machine does not work with it.

When I placed the new PLA in the EPROM reader, it did not read the same
data as the original PLA. When compared with the original PLA, it looks
like the line RW_IN is completely ignored. I checked that the line is
properly connected on the PCB and properly declared in WinCUPL, so at
this point I would suspect the programmer I used to program the GALs. I
had another project on the past that also used GALs and there alse were
problems with them, so I really suspect there is something wrong with my
programmer.

Can you recommend a good and reliable GAL programmer which would work
with a Windows XP machine?
