commodore 8032 power supply

I checked the schematics...   cbm 8032

on  J11 there is  + 9v  unregulated... any idea where the 9v unregulated 
is used on the mother board ? I only see a use on the tape interface.
on  J10 there is  +16v unregulated and  -9v unregulated   any use of 
these tensions on the mother board...

(I mean except to produce  +5, -5 and  +12 regulated...)
I'm think to inject +5 -5 and +12 directly, and I would like to know 
what function would me missing if  the unregulated tension are not present
