commodore 8032 + pet microsd

Hi

I connected a pet microsd to my 8032 mother board

DIRECTORY
ready.

dload "WEDGE"

searching for 0:WEDGE
file not found

print ds;ds$

gives:
ds = 10
ds$ = empty string

everything like if the sdcard was empty  (tried several)
any idea want can be wrong on the motherboard and produce this result ?

one 6520 + 3 mc3446 on the path...

the pet microsd is brand new...

any idea ?
