The ROM is large enough. The second bank is normally unpopulated, so if
you change the setting, you will get a screen full of vertical lines
because all the character data is FF.

It appears that it doesn't. On a real 710, pressing Esc,Z will change to
the second font, and Esc,Y will revert back to normal font. These don't
seem to work in VICE and it would be nice to add them.

This is not the only thing that appears to be  missing from the 6845
emulation. Esc,U should change the cursor to underscored and Esc,S
should bring it back - they don't work too.

Curiously, though, Esc,F (stop cursor blink) does work, as well as Esc,R
(screen reverse). So there appears to be some 6845 support already built
in, should not be difficult to extend it to full compatibility.
