When the drive was not connected to the PET, the line drivers (75160 and 75161) had 3.03 volts on the IEEE-488 side and 5 volts on the 6522 side. The 8032-SK had about 3.3 volts on its outputs. Could someone actually measure the voltages e.g. between pins 11 (ATN) and 12 (GND), so that I know if this is the problem? I guess my next step is to use a oscilloscope (2 channels, no memory) and to write a program that exercises the IEEE-488 lines on the PET side.
