I draw the SCH from papers Marko gave me. If you looked good, you only saw ONE 2114. 1024*4 is a bit small for a 8 bit bus :) The one piece I'm missing in your list is U5, a 6116. HW-guys know this is a 2048*8 RAM. AFAIK you had to add the ROM in the form of a cartridge.
