Hallo Ruud, You can never make a hardware manual completely fool-proof. You could add a remark that the resistor has to be viewed from it's front side when you turn it clockwise to the end, but if the original manual didn't contain this information, why include it into the translation. After all, there's only four possibilities to turn two VRs to the end, so even if it is completely unclear, there will be success after a while.
