Well, I know that the Toshiba number not necessarily are the usual numbers
from other manufacturers. For example, the TMS2364 (Toshiba) was a 8kx8 mask
programmable ROM which had the pin-out of a 2764! The 2364 we all know and
love had the Toshiba no. 2365 or 2366 (have to look it up). So, if it's away
by 1 or so (is it?), I would assume that it *is* 256k x 16 type.
