Couldn't find the TC511665, but the TC511632 is a 32K x 16
pseudo static RAM, may be the TC51165 is a 64K x 16 pseudo
static RAM

Don't you have any 64K x 8 cache chips among your junk?
Then why not a couple 32k x 8?
