This is reflected by the fact that you hardly find cartridges on flea-markets, even the ones organised by some C= clubs I know of. The only exception is the Simon's Basic cart. In the old days Conrad sold experimentboards for the C64. But they don't anymore :( Personally I take the edges of old PC-cards and solder them to universal experimentboards. The old IBM MDA- and CGA-cards had edges plus corresponding solderholes. Ideal for this kind of hacking.
