I have an early issue of a Swedish VIC magazine where an user had disassembled parts of the ROM and found what he considered to be actual bugs and some non-bug oddities. He then asked the editor if these bugs were only in his machine and if Commodore would give him another VIC-20 instead. They answered that the possible bugs was in all VICs, but I don't know if a later KERNEL (I think it is) corrected the bugs.
