( as they say ) :-> when i got my ( cheapo ! - but new ) VGA to use with my IIci ( i'd inherited a 13'' B&W apple monitor with it ) the firm i bought the VGA from included an adaptor in the box , 10 DIP , it didn't work with the IIci ( no matter what settings i tried ) . Firm claimed mistake and swapped with 6 DIP - hey presto , colour .. when i got this PPC also got a 10 DIP , based on experience . hence my statement . ;-> i mapped out the through connections of the 10 DIP for an ICPUG article - going to get the 6 DIP out of safekeeping and map it as well RSN .... ------- petlibrary@bigfoot.com http://members.tripod.com/~petlibrary http://www.icpug.org.uk/national http://www.fortunecity.co.uk/skyscraper/perl/316 Message was sent through the cbm-hackers mailing list
