Hi to everybody! Recently I have got a quite old Datassette unit (its data cable is dated 1984) and I opened it for seeing if it was all ok. Then, on FUNET, I found this page: http://www.funet.fi/pub/cbm/schematics/datassette/cas-update.gif where there are information about an update to be done on the PCB version NP-090. My "new" datassette is NP-090B: do you know if the same update applies to this board revision too? I checked the components and in fact a capacitor is of the wrong value and another one is missing between two resistors. Also, it seems that there is little difference between the NP-090 schematics and my actual NP-090B PCB. __ ____ /// Daniele Gratteri, Italian Commodore-Amiga user / ___|____ __ /// E-MAIL: daniele_gratteri@inwind.it RITMO S75 | | |___/ \\\/// Nickname: FIAT1100D - ICQ: 53943994 FOREVER! | |___|___\ \/// URL: http://spazioinwind.libero.it/danielegratteri \____| Message was sent through the cbm-hackers mailing list
