Strange enough, there are several reports that SC works fine on a modern Mac
if you run it in Virtual PC and have an USB2LPT adaptor. Something like a USB
docking station is preferred, because an XE1541 cable will directly plug into
it, for the usual USB adaptors you need an adaptor from Centronics to DB25,
or make your own cable.
