Within Outlook you have the possebility to use Word as the editor instead of
the built-in one. But Word lacks some basic functionalities and was
immediatly discarded.
The stupid thing is that the emails sent to the technician arrived as text.
And the one to CBM-Hackers again as HTML :( And sorry for the double
posting.
