Bonsoir, Did someone have/had built/had seen an XS1541 adaptor and had experiences on this ? I would be really interested on this item and it seems that it's author provides a kit to build it but my German is too poor and I'm not certain to understand everything on the capacities of this product. - What is supposed to be the usage of the "UserPort" ? - Is it possible to use the XS1541 as an IEC adaptors for PETs ? - Is it possible to use the XS1541 as an usual IEEE adaptor for the C64 ? - Is it possible to use the XS1541 as an adaptor for a simple Windows PC running an usual emulator ? - Is it possible to mix those 3 usages simultaneoussely ? - Does it seems possible to "replace" the "serial 2 USB" adaptor part with a "serial 2 ethernet" one ? ==> The idea would be to let Commodore material physically quite far away from a PC but linked together. Best regards Hervé WARIN Hallo WhiteWolf, > You may be right, as I've never got a manual for my interface Unfortunately this is one of the books I didn't scan, mainly because it was hidden in the original box. But giving it a second thought, it's about 3x3" and won't fit in the sheetfeeder of my scanner. Scanning it by hand is an option but do you (or anyone else who is interested) understand German? If you don't then I could just translate the most important parts in telegram style. Bonjour ???, > I think I've got something really looking similar to that > board, but, with another brand It looks like a DAMS interface IMHO. -- ___ / __|__ / / |_/ Groetjes, Ruud \ \__|_\ \___| URL: Ruud.C64.org De informatie in dit e-mailbericht is vertrouwelijk en uitsluitend bestemd voor de geadresseerde.
