Still no luck fixing my C128.

The other CIA and the CPU (8502) seem fine.
I didn't have spare RAM chips handy, so I swapped
U38 with U40, and U39 with U41. The results were
the same, so I assume the RAMs are fine as well.

The DCR and the flat C128 appear to use different ROMs,
so I was unable to test those.
(Unless they are compatible. Are they?)

Other than that, I'm running out of ideas.
