Strange PET 4032 RAM

It looks like this computer, on Ebay, is reporting 21.3230456 bytes free.  
I don't know if you can make the screen boot image out on the photo 
provided any better than I, but I am curious if this RAM count means 
anything to anyone here.  Seen this before?
