Peter Karlsson Hi Peter! I'm in Adelaide South Australia. I'm trying to get data off my C64 and onto a PC. I have a Commodore 8250LP disk drive which has an IEEEE interface and uses a Leading Edge Cartridge. This possibly sounds like I know what I'm doing.......... but I don't. My problem is that I don't know how to get my data into the format for my PC to understand. I've been told that this has been done, beit many years ago. I think they use Null modems or whatever. I was told if I get my PC to emulate a C64 (and get my data across) I could continue to run my programme (Superbase) on my PC. I have downloaded a PC emulator and it appears to work, but that is as far as I've got. Next problem to get my data and programmes across from the 8250LP format to the PC. Do you have any ideas? Alternatively, do you know anyone I could contact by phone or by email. Thanks in anticipation. Kind regards, Dean ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com - This message was sent through the cbm-hackers mailing list.
