I'm not sure of the actual setup, but I'll guess. An 8250LP connected to a C64 not the PC(although that is theoretically possible). The problem appears to be: how to get data off a 8250LP floppy disk and transfer it to a PC. Since the 8250 is connected to the C64, it has one less step than my usual process. The first step is get the data to 1541, 1571 or 1581 drive. This will depend on the IEEE cartridge. Some do not allow both IEEE and serial access at the same time. I don't know about the Leading Edge cartridge. Use a program like "universal copy" to copy the files to one of the serial drives. The you need a second 1571 or 1581 drive, depending on whether your PC can handle 5.25" 360K floppy disks or 3.5" 720K disks. Using a "DOS" formatted disk in the second serial drive, use "BIG BLUE READER" to copy the files to the "DOS" formatted disk. This disk is readable on a PC. This bit of shuffling is necessary because "BIG BLUE READER" does not support IEEE cartridges. This assumes the data is in files and not written directly to the disk using block read/write commands.
