Well, I asked the person back then to send me the contents of $8000-$FFFF. I found out that $8000-$BFFF is just a mirror of $C000-$FFFF. Thus, I assumed the ROM area was not fully decoded. This was necessary in order to find out why the cbmformat tool from OpenCBM left the disk in a bad state.
