I don't think it should be so hard. You will have to do most of the
memory decoding yourself, but a CPLD should be able to handle it.
Otherwise it's just a matter of adding another CIA, 62 kB of memory and
some clever way to capture writes to the I/O port in order to change the
memory layout.
