My elementary school (grades kindergarten to 8) in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada had a Commodore 64 in every classroom, and my high school had a lab of Commodore 128 computers. This was true of all the public schools in Thunder Bay. The C64 computers in each classroom were in a metal enclosure that protected them from some abuse and also worked as a monitor stand, looking somewhat like a Commodore PET when set up. I happen to have one of these enclosures, and I've been using it in my 8-Bit Show and Tell series: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3gRBswFkuteshdwMZAQafQ Or if you prefer to just see a picture, I tweeted one here: https://twitter.com/BedfordLvlExp/status/1066087142940704769 Perhaps the school board in my city would have been a customer for this Classroom C65. I wish, anyway, as I ended up buying many Commodore computers from the school board when they auctioned them off later in the 1990s :) RobinReceived on 2018-12-16 05:00:02
