For SX-64 I’d want to test on actual hardware too. A good example would be the behavior of things like the 1541 Ultimate, which is pretty hit or miss for people using the SX-64. It works on mine but other people report they have to shorten the cable for the cartridge port. There are a lot of internal changes that could affect timing and the behavior of the SCPU I’d think.
