Does tcpser create a pseudo serial device?

Subjet says it, I would like to run something like miniterm (actually
slattach) against VICEs serial port. For that VICE would need to create and
listen to a pseudo serial device that I could then configure in miniterm or
slattach. Like so:

VICE -> /dev/vice/up9600 -> slattach or miniterm

As far as I know VICE cannot do this, so I wonder if I can patch in tcpser
between VICE and the device to be used with miniterm.

Background is that I want to use my slip serial line TCP/IP driver without
having to use two serial ports with a nullmodem cable.

Thanks
André
