I'm so used to when clicking such a link you have to login to facebook first.


But now this: Cloanto claims "... As the holders of the Commodore/Amiga copyrights, ...". On their main site, https://cloanto.com/ . Now please visit http://www.retroplatform.com/ and https://www.c64forever.com/. Did you notice something? Or better, are you missing something? No chicken logo to be seen except some original pictures. 
I personally would worry if those copyrights include the various ROMs.

This new CBM claims to have obtained the brand rights in 2015. And they are showing the chicken logo all over their site. So it seems you have to contact these guys for using the logo.
