41464 on the narrow C64 boards were number one failures for me on those boards. And then even more so once CBM began supplying PSUs with only four pins in the plug ;-)

I barely recall seeing them in EU, at least nothing imprinted in my memory cells, even if a really large number of C64s passed through my hands back then. It was just a few days ago when we encountered a different behaviour of one of the boards when testing TVS subcircuit on the BeamRacer board. And his board is a US market one.
