I'm able to use my Zoomfloppy to write D80 or D82 images to an SFD1001, but
am having no luck at all producing diskettes for a CBM 4040 drive. The 4040
drive itself does not seem to be cooperating. Some commands will cause the
motor to start on the drive, but I cannot seem to read, write or format
diskettes in it. Next, I tried producing a compatible diskette on a 1571,
but that doesn't seem to work either. If I use 'imgcopy' it will go through
the motions of writing a D64 file, but eventually complains that the
diskette is out of space and dies. The resulting disk shows a corrupted
directory on the 4040. Is it possible to write 4040 diskettes on a 1571?
If not, how can I get the 4040 to cooperate with Zoomfloppy?
