Yes, but note that you cannot just turn the connector upside down, since
then the signals would be mirrored.
By the way, the cassette port connectors are rather hard to come by.
The Swedish distributor ELFA lists them for up to 10 EUR a piece. The
good thing is that there seem to be 2 or 3 manufacturers of card edge
connectors with .156" (3.96 mm) spacing. (Stupid Google cannot search
for "3.96", but "156" works well.) I got the connectors for the C2N232
for less than 1 EUR a piece.
