They got the permission from WEKA, the publisher of the 64'er, to OCR all old magazines and put them online. (But I don't know if the project on zock.com is still alive.) As far as I know they are the only ones with such a permission - that means: You are not allowed to put old 64'er articles online. If someone is interested to put (all the) old articles online, he/she should contact WEKA: http://www.wekanet.de (german site, haven't found an english translation). As far as I know, Jörn-Eric Burkert is the maintainer for the 64'er stuff (he is working at the WEKA magazine "PCgo", see http://www.pcgo.de/wir/default.php).
