Maybe I don't know what you mean with "perf board" but if I use Google I 
get what I know as "prototype pcb board". I used to order that a lot at 
Aliexpress but since I found out how cheap it was to create your own 
PCBs, I hardly use any.

Use "prototype pcb board" at Aliexpress to get lots of pages with them.
