power supply for cbm8296

I had the opportunity to buy a cbm 8296 motherboard...

I checked the photo on the web, it's not really clear I see a 3 pin 
connector

on the photo I saw on the web, the machine has a big transformer

this board is only powered by 12v DC  ?  16v ac ?

seems easier to replace the power supply than on the 8032
