I don't think that the MCS-48 series had any code protection, at least
not all of them - somebody (I think Uffe Jakobsen?) dumped the 8748
firmware of the Commodore 900 disk controller (which you programmed for
me later).

As for a disassembler, a quick Google search turned up something called
DASMx. I have never used it though.
