Software to write files into D80/D82 images

Hello!

Is there any PC software that can be used to write PRG files into D80
and D82 disk images? So far I have been using the c1541 utility from
VICE, until I found today that it does not work correctly on D80 images
(D82 work fine). Is there any alternative?
